TERMS OF PAYMENTS

As of present, Adh Uganda (adhuganda.com) has several modes of payments

Adh Uganda accepts cash delivery as the main mode of payment currently in Uganda

As Adh Uganda, we are working on Mobile Money payments for Uganda’s telecom networks

We also allow cash in our designated shops or drop-off points. Currently, Adh Uganda does not take visa cards, wire transfers, or personal cheques. Payment to crown japan is performed in Uganda Shillings,

These terms of payment are subject to change and/or amendment at any time and at the sole discretion of adhuganda.com. The following terms apply should the price displayed on the Website be incorrect:

Should the correct price be lower than the Website price, then the lower price applies and you will be charged accordingly.

Should the correct price be higher than the Website price, we will then, at our sole discretion, contact you via email/phone number to update you on the next step of the transaction, or cancel your order, giving you notice via email.

Adh Uganda is not responsible for errors in charging unless customers report such errors no later than 48 hours following purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a half refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
• You can return a product for up to 3 days from the date you purchased it.
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
• Please keep the receipt.
